Lemon grass
Pineapple axis (hard inner part of pineapple)
Ginger
Sugar
Cinnamon powder
Tea bags (lipton, twinnings, beyond comment) (made almost 8 cups hence the amount of tea bags)

Grate ginger, pineapple axis

Wash mint leaves and chopped lemon grass leaves

Add into a pot with desired amount of water. Add cinnamon powder and let it boil for about 10-15 minutes

Add the tea bags and boil for another five minutes. Sieve and add honey or sugar.
