Instant Saunf/ fennel sharbat premix

Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsugar/ mishri
  2. 1/2 cupsaunf
  3. 10-15green cardamom
  4. 15-20black pepper
  5. 1 tspdried mint powder

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly roast the saunf only 30 second and keep it aside. Put saunf, sugar/mishri and cardamom, mint powder and black pepper in a mixer jar and grind them like the texture of icing sugar and strain the premix with the help of a strainer.

    Your saunf premix is ready to serve. Take a glass of water/milk, ice cubes and two spoon of saunf premix and mix it well with a spoon.

    Your saunf sharabat is ready to serve.
