Add both flour add salt and oil and knead dough

Now take chowmin stream it for 10 mint and drain water and add cold water.

Now take a pan add oil and add onion and cabbage and fry it then add ketchup and chowmim, salt, blackpepper and mix well.

Now roast it on pan then fill veggies in chapati and roll it and seal it with medda paste.

Now deep dry in hot oil until golden brown.
