I always crave crepes (pannekoek) when it’s cold and this recipe is quick and easy for those rainy days.
Steps

Whisk all the ingredients (flour, milk, water, eggs, butter) together making sure there are no lumps
- 2
Heat a non-stick pan and brush with a drop of oil
- 3
Use a 1/3 cup scoop and put batter in heated pan swirling it to get a thin layer
- 4
Cook for 2 minutes on each side
- 5
Serve with cinnamon sugar
