Cooking Instructions

Peel your potatoes and cut into desired shape and size. Add salt to the pot and Boil the potatoes till tender and keep aside

In a non stick pan add chopped onion, ginger,garlic and minced meat. Cook till the meat is soft and then add your seasonings.

Add veg oil and stir, then add your sausages and stir for a minutes

Add carrots,green bell pepper, red bell pepper, green beans,

Add your boiled potatoes to the pot and mix gently. Close pot with lid and allow to simmer for 2 minutes. Tada your hash potatoes are done and ready to serve
