Ingredients

  • 2 cupsRaw jasmine rice
  • 3 tbspCooked jasmine rice
  • 1Raw egg
  • 1 tbspYeast
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1 cupWater
  • Pinchsalt
  • For Miyar taushe
  • 1 bunchspinach
  • 1 bunchyakuwa (sorrel)
  • Halfcup of roasted groundnuts
  • Biscuit bones and meat
  • Tomatoes, pepper and onions
  • Crayfish, dryfish
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Palm oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and Soak the raw jasmine rice with water for 8 hours or overnight.

  2. 2

    Blend the soaked rice with the cooked rice, add yeast, little sugar and salt. Mix and allow to sit for 1 hour and above add the baking powder and egg mix and fry

    For the sauce, boil bones and meat with onions, seasoning cubes, Blend coarsely tomatoes, pepper, onions and fry with palm oil,

    Add the meat stock to the frying tomatoes bring to boil add the grounded groundnuts, crayfish and washed, sliced vegetables cook for 5 minutes. Your sauce is ready.
