Steps

In a bowl add gram flour all spices and baking soda and mix it.

Take all vegetables in another bowl and combined them.

Put the dry mixture of gram flour in vegetables and mix them.

Gradually add water to combine vegetables and dry mixture.

The miixture shulb be firm not runny.

Heat the oil in a pan.

Slowly put little amount of mixture with spoon in oil.

Fry until till golden brown on medium flame.

Dish out the tadty pakoras.

Sprinkle chaat masala.

Serve with ketchup and enjoy.

Note:Julienne cut is rough thin sliced cut like fries but thin

To check oil put a drop of mixture in oil
If bubble appear the oil is ready
