We all know that Avocado is full of nutrients. You can add cocoa powder and/choco chips to make soft , delicious and healthy muffins for sweet kids.

Preheat the a wide pan with lid, on gas in slow flame.

Combine the pastry flour, coconut jaggery powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a food processor or grinder, blend the avocado with the honey, milk, vegetables oil, and vanilla.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
It might be a bit lumpy but just make sure you don’t have dry pockets of flour.Stir in the chocolate chips.

Spoon the mixture into a mini muffin tin. Mine made about 12 mini muffins in two batches.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. - 7
Do not over bake or they’ll dry out and be more crumbly rather than fudgey.
Make sure you keep the leftovers in an airtight container. Let your kids enjoy heathy and soft Avocado choco chips muffins.
