Place the custard powder into a bowl

Take 3 tablespoons of milk and mix the powder into a thin cream

Put the remainder of the milk in a sufuria and add sugar then bring it to boil

Whilst still boiling, pour the cream stirring thoroughly then boil for 2 minutes
