Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 cupmilk of choice
  2. 1/4 cupwater (will vary depending on the milk you use - this is to make up for some of the liquid evaporating)
  3. 1/4 tspground cloves
  4. 3green cardamom pods, crushed
  5. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  6. 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  7. 1/4 tspground ginger
  8. jaggery/ sweetener of choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the milk and water.

  2. 2

    Add the spices.

  3. 3

    Simmer on a low heat for about 10 mins.

  4. 4

    Strain. Add your sweetener of choice and enjoy 😋
