  1. 1/2small bag irish
  2. 3plantain
  3. 3tomato
  4. 1onion
  5. Spices
  6. 3 cupsVeg oil
  7. Salt

Steps

30 to 35 mint
  1. 1

    Cut your irish and wash it add salt heat your pan with veg oil and fry.cut your plantain add salt and fry also keep aside then cut your tomato onion

    Use toothpick to arrange the irish plantain Onion and tomato then serve with drink.enjoy
