Mix all ingredients take skewers that have been soak in water for an hour

Take two skewers form around the skewers a long patty of meat
- 3
Take to the grill I use either nonstick or oil on the grill surface so meat wont stick
- 4
Turn as needed so not to burn cook till done I used a spatula till it was able to firm up then turn till done
