Ingredients

  1. 2small tilapia deep fried
  2. Oil to fry
  3. Ginger paste
  4. Garlic paste
  5. Green onions
  6. 3big tomatoes pureed or diced
  7. 1 tablespooncurry powder
  8. 1 tablespoonRoyco
  9. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  10. 1 teaspoonpaprika
  11. 2 cupsnatural yoghurt/mala
  12. 1/3 cuplow sodium soy
  13. 2 tablespoonsfish/oyster sauce * optional
  14. 1 bunchdhania
  15. 1 teaspooncumin

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to pan and add garlic ginger paste. (More flavour) then add onions until softened

  2. 2

    Add spice blend and stir continously for 3min

  3. 3

    Add blended tomato(you can use diced)and let simmer for 7-10min or until reduced in half

  4. 4

    Add yoghurt, fish sauce and soy then place the fish and let simmer for 5min on each side.

  5. 5

    Add Dhania and cumin. Simmer for 2min n turn of the heat
