In a bowl add mango pulp, semolina and sugar. Mix all three ingredients. Once mixed add oil and mix until its incorporated. Let it stand for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes add the baking soda and baking powder and mix. The mixture will be nice and fluffy. If it looks dry add a couple of tablespoon of milk.
Transfer in a greased tray and bake in oven for 25 to 30 minutes on 160 degrees. Check with a prick stick. If it comes out clean your cake is done.
Let it cool.
Remove and serve. - 3
