First washed and soaked your daal for 5 to 6 hours.

Now drain excess water and blend it like smooth paste. Don't add to much water. Otherwise your mixture becomes runny.

Now add all the spices, and chopped vegetables and mix well.

Heat your oil now make your pakoras until light golden and crispy.
