Ingredients

15 to 20 minute
4 servings
  • 4large potatoes
  • Corriander fresh 1/2 bunch finely chopped
  • 1/2 cupTamrind pulp
  • 1 tspKhatai powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspchilli flakes
  • For baisan batter
  • 1 cupBaisan

Steps

15 to 20 minute
  1. 1

    Boil peel and mash potatoes

  2. 2

    Add all da ingredients

  3. 3

    Make round balls

  4. 4

    Make a thick paste using baisan and all spices/ingredients

  5. 5

    Dip kachorian in ds batter

  6. 6

    Fry on medium flame till golden
