Ingredients

5 to 6 servings
  1. 1 cupgram pulse
  2. 3green chilli
  3. 2 tspred chilli powder
  4. 3 tspcurd
  5. to tasteSalt according
  6. 1 tspcumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. as neededCoriander leaves chopped
  9. as neededOil
  10. 1 cupmozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take pulse,soaked for 2 hrs., grind with green chilli and cumin seeds.

    Grind coarsely.

  3. 3

    Add salt, turmeric powder.

  4. 4

    Red chilli powder, curd and coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Mix well,pour the batter in pan and give round shape with your palm.

  6. 6

    Cook well from one side,and grate the cheese in one side after 3 to 4 minutes turn it second side of cheese and cook till cheese melt.

  7. 7

    Cut with knife or pizza cutter, fold it and serve with more cheese.it's like an omelet if you use too many cheese but for vegies 😋
