Ingredients

  1. 1 cupVermicelli
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. turmeric half spoon
  4. Onion - 1 medium finely chopped
  5. 1 spoonSalt and red chilli -
  6. 1/2 spoonMustard seeds
  7. 5kadhi patta
  8. 1 cupVeggies (of your choice, finely chopped)
  9. lemon juice - as per taste

Steps

    METHOD
    In a wok add oil and add mustard seeds and kadhi patta to hot oil, once it splatters add onions. After 1-2 mins add all veggies along with dry spices. Mix everything together and cover it, let the vegetable cook on low heat for 5 mins. Now add vermicelli to veggies roast for 4-5 mins.

    Now add water and cover and cook on medium flame. Cook till water is completely absorbed. Serve it with little lime juice on top with some coriander leaves.
