Ingredients

  • 1 bowlsoya chunks
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • as requiredfew green coriander
  • 2 tbspred tomato sauces
  • 1 tspchilli sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • as per needsalt and pepper
  • as neededoil
  • a dashred food colour

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onion,tomato and keep aside

  2. 2

    Soak soya for 10 minutes in lukewarm water,squeez and keep aside

  3. 3

    In a pan heat oil saute onion, tomato and cook on high flame

  4. 4

    Add salt and pepper,sauces,food colour and mix well

  5. 5

    Add soya chunks and cook by stirring and serve hot.
