Ingredients

  1. 2 packetsmushroom soup make with half water and half milk
  2. 2 tinsmussels or oysters
  3. 30 mlSherry
  4. 250 mlcream

Cooking Instructions

    Mix mushroom soup (with half/half water and milk), mussels oyster and Sherry.

  2. 2

    Cook slowly till it is thickened. Add the cream and cook for 5 minutes.
