Ingredients

  1. 5large jalapeño peppers, stems removed
  2. 1/4onion
  3. 1garlic clove
  4. 1 teaspoonchicken bouillon
  5. Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

    In a saucepan with oil, fry the jalapeños, onion, and garlic. (Be sure to cut a slit in the jalapeños so they don't burst.)

    Let everything cool before blending.

    Add the chicken bouillon, salt, and pepper, then add 3 tablespoons of the oil used for frying.
