Kodo is gluten free ,rich in vitamin B specially niacin vitamin B-6,folic acid & minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium,potassium and zinc. Millet has high fiber content which helps losing weight.

Wash and soak kodo Millet and mogar moog dal for 4-hrs. After that grind them in mixer grinder and add salt & keep it for fermentation for 4-hrs.

Add asafoetida(hing) in batter and mix well, grease Idli plates with ghee and fill with batter place brocolli florets and red yellow capsicum in center and steam Idli for 10- minutes.

Healthy, weight losing idlis are ready. Serve hot, tasty & light filling, easy to digest idli with coriander, phudina chutney.
