Ingredients

32-Idli
  1. 2-Cup kodo Miller (Kodri)
  2. 1/2-Cup mogar moog dal
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. 1/2-tsp asafoetida(hing)
  5. 1-tsp cow ghee
  6. 1-tbsp broccoli florets
  7. 1-tbsp red & yellow capsicum chopped in shapes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and soak kodo Millet and mogar moog dal for 4-hrs. After that grind them in mixer grinder and add salt & keep it for fermentation for 4-hrs.

    Add asafoetida(hing) in batter and mix well, grease Idli plates with ghee and fill with batter place brocolli florets and red yellow capsicum in center and steam Idli for 10- minutes.

    Healthy, weight losing idlis are ready. Serve hot, tasty & light filling, easy to digest idli with coriander, phudina chutney.
