Steps

De-coat beans,wash clean and pour in to a clean bowl

Wash pepper,de-seed sweet pepper wash too and add to the beans,add onion,and also add the cooked head fish and ginger/garlic

Grind into a smooth paste

Add granded crayfish and palm oil,and turn with soup spoon
- 5
Dilute maggi in warm water and pour into d paste and add salt to taste
- 6
Mix vigorously to ensure that d ingredients are properly mixed
- 7
Scoop into moimoi tin and placed in a pot with little water,cover and allow to cook for 45min or until done
- 8
Serve with pap,custard or garri
