Ingredients

30-35mins
4-5 servings
  1. 200 gmpaneer (cut into cubes)
  2. 5-6Black pepper
  3. 1 tbsBlack pepper powder
  4. 4-6Green chilli
  5. 2 tbsCharmogoj paste
  6. 25 gmkaju paste / cashew paste
  7. 50 gmyogurt
  8. 2 tbsPoppy seeds paste
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tbsSugar
  11. as neededWhite oil
  12. 1 tspSahi garam masala powder
  13. 1 tbsGhee
  14. 2cardamom
  15. 2 inchcinnamon
  16. 1 tspCumin powder

Steps

30-35mins
  1. 1

    Boil 1 cup of water with 1/2 tsp salt and pour the hot water into paneer cubes and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in kadai and give cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper into hot oil for tempering.

  3. 3

    Then add poppy seeds paste, kaju paste, charmogoj paste, cumin powder, chilli paste, salt, some water and stir well, until the oil is spreading.

  4. 4

    And yogurt, sugar, black pepper powder slit chills and stir well.

  5. 5

    After a few minutes and some water and paneer and cover with lid for few minutes

  6. 6

    Check sizzling. Then turn off the gas.

  7. 7

    And ghee and garam masala powder stir well and cover with a lot for few minutes.

  8. 8

    Pour into a serving dish and serve with luci/puri.
