Boil 1 cup of water with 1/2 tsp salt and pour the hot water into paneer cubes and keep aside.

Heat oil in kadai and give cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper into hot oil for tempering.

Then add poppy seeds paste, kaju paste, charmogoj paste, cumin powder, chilli paste, salt, some water and stir well, until the oil is spreading.

And yogurt, sugar, black pepper powder slit chills and stir well.

After a few minutes and some water and paneer and cover with lid for few minutes

Check sizzling. Then turn off the gas.

And ghee and garam masala powder stir well and cover with a lot for few minutes.

Pour into a serving dish and serve with luci/puri.
