In a bowl, combine the water and flour. Mix with a fork until smooth. (Use the same 250 ml cup to measure everything.)

Add the feta cheese, bell pepper, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix well.

Heat a nonstick skillet and add 1 teaspoon of oil. Pour some of the batter into the pan. Cook until set, then flip and cook the other side. The pancakes are ready. You can spread them with cheese dip or fill them with anything you like, such as deli meats or salad.
