Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 4potatoes
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 cantuna in oil
  4. Cilantro or parsley
  5. 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  8. 2 handfulsshredded cheese
  9. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  10. 12eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the potatoes, cut into small cubes.

  2. 2

    In a baking dish, chop the onion, tuna, cilantro or parsley, shredded cheese, baking powder, spices, fried potatoes, and beaten eggs.

  3. 3

    Mix everything together.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle a little shredded cheese on top and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.

Je m’appelle Maramy, j’ai 20 ans et j’habite en région parisienne. Tout à commencer en 2015, quand je suis tombée sur les premières vidéos Tasty sur le célèbre réseau social Facebook.Très vite, j’ai voulu faire plaisir à ma famille et leur concocter certaines de ces fameuses recettes devant lesquelles je bavais tant, seule face à mon écran. Je voulais partager à mon entourage ce que je découvrais !C’est là que je me suis découvert une réelle passion pour la cuisine et la pâtisserie.J’ai ensuite suivi certains blogueurs sur Internet comme Cuisine Moi un Mouton, ou encore Aux Fourneaux que j’admire énormément pour le travail qu’ils fournissent. J’ai également commencé à m’intéresser à plusieurs émissions de cuisine comme Top Chef et Le Meilleur Pâtissier.Au fur et à mesure j’ai aussi voulu démarrer mon propre blog et partager mon savoir. Alors, pourquoi pas moi ? Mais je n’osais pas ; comment est-ce que j’allais m’organiser, est-ce que mon contenu plaira ?Je ne me suis jamais lancée jusqu’au jour où mon professeur de blogging, Ling-en Hsia, créateur de Solopreneur, nous a demandé de créer notre propre blog avec pour sujet notre passion. Wow, quelle chance pour moi !
