Take a pan add oil 1 tbsp ND add kabab fry it. Low flame.and dish out. Take a pot add 3 tbsp Oil. Add onion ND fry it.golden brown color. Onion brown Ho jye tu plate ma nikal lain.

Or add krin cumin (zeera), bay leaf (tez pata), cinnamon, black cardamom, green cardamom, black pepper, ND cloves add ker KY mix krin. 1 mint cook krin. Ab fry onion half add ker dain. Or half rakh lain. Add krin yogurt 1/2 Cup. 3-4 mint cook krin. Salt add krun gi 2 tsp. Or add krun gi stock (yakhni) 4 cup.

Cover krin pot or cook krin 5 mint medium flame. Add socked rice 2 cup. Water sock Ho jye tu add krin fry kabab. Or add krin fry onion.

Or cover ker KY rakh dain 15 mint KY liya dum py. After 15 mint add foil paper, gram kola or US py thora sa oil dal ky cover ker dain 2 mint ky liye.

After 2 mint. Remove foil paper ND Kola. Stir gently, moist rice ND mix gently. Dish out.
