Ingredients

  • 300 gcapsicum
  • 500 gboiled, peeled anad mashed potato
  • 150 grefind oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 2peeled and finely chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoongaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Mixed the ingredients potato, salt, ready chilli powder, turmic powder, green chilli, garam masala

  2. 2

    Cut the upper part leaf of capsicum and take two cutes on it for fill

  3. 3

    Fill the mixed ingredients in this capsicum

  4. 4

    Heat the refind

  5. 5

    Fry the filled capsicum in medium flame

  6. 6

    Left over mixed ingredients is mixed in fryed ingredients

  7. 7

    It's ready to serve with chapati
