Cooking Instructions

Heat 3 cups water in a deep non stick pan and bring it to boil

Add gelly crytals and stir it continuously to avoid lumps

Cook it till dissolves completely

Now place lots of ice cubes in a large bowl and place previous bowl on it. Add ice cream over the jelly crystal mixture and mix
- 5
Melt the ice cream by whisking the mixture continuously until light and fluffy
- 6
Add lemon juice, orange essence and whisk completely
- 7
Now pour this mixture in serving glasses or in orange peel
- 8
Now garnish with orange segments and whipped cream
- 9
Regrigerate for 30 minutes and serve
