Take a mixture jar and add chopped Coriander leaves, chopped meant leaves and chopped small green chillies.

Add Salt to taste.

Grind all the ingredients well.

Add little bit of water if required.

Make sure chutney remains thick in texture.

Take it in one bowl and keep aside.

Take Tomatoes and cut them into round rings.

After that take tomato slice/ring and spread the chutney all over it.

Take a pan and heat some oil into it.

Take a bowl and add gram flour and salt to taste.

Mix it well.

Add water and mix it well.

Make a smooth batter.

Batter Should be in flowing consistency.

Now deep tomato slices into batter and fry it until golden Brown.

Serve hot with mint and coriander chutney.
