Peel and slice 3 oranges. Peel and chop 2 oranges and set aside.

Hang the curd in a cheese cloth for 3 to 4 hours. Mix powdered marie biscuits and butter and set aside.

Take the hung curd in a mixing bowl. Add jelly crystals and condensed milk and beat with the help of a beater till the crystals melt and everything is well combined. Mix in the orange pieces.

In a glass dish layer the powdered biscuits. Press well. Pour the curd and jelly mix. Spread with the help of a spatula. Nicely beat Amul cream and pour over the mousse. Place orange slices all over. Cling and refrigerate overnight so the mousse and cream sets firmly. Enjoy chilled.
