Chicken parts
2Bonnets
1Red bell pepper
1big Onion
Spring onion
Cumin seeds
Grill mix
Garam masala
Chicken spice
Jamaican jerk
Soy sauce
Curry
Thyme
Garlic
Ginger
3 tablespoonsVeg oil

Wash the chicken..

In a food processor or blender add all the ingredients except the chicken.. blend till smooth

Pour the mixture into the chicken, mix and keep to marinade for an hour
4

Put in a preheated oven and bake for 40mins
