Ingredients

4 persons
  1. 250 gmspaneer
  2. 2pototoes
  3. 2tomatoes
  4. 3onions
  5. FewGreen chilli optional
  6. 1/2 tsp eachSalt, haldi, kashmiri chilli, garan masala and red chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and add finely chopped onions and green chilli and fry till colour changes. Add pototoes and fry for few mins.

  2. 2

    Then add all masalas and mix well and add finely chopped tomato and salt and little water.

  3. 3

    Cover it and cook for 5 mins till tomatoes turn soft. Atlast as potatoes and tomatoes.When it turns soft add paneer pieces and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Let it dry completely. Serve with roti or naan.
