Steps

First take a pan and roast udad dal for 5-7 minutes or until it cooks well.

When it cooked properly and aroma out then switched off the flame and add poha and mix continously.

When mixture cool down completely then grind it and make a lump free powder.

Take this mixture in a big bowl then add rice flour and powder sugar. Mix very well.

Your homemade pure idli premix powder is ready.
