Heat oil in cooker add whole garam masala(tej patta,black and Green elachi,black pepper,dalchini,jeera, long).

Now add chopped onions cook till translucent, add Ginger garlic paste and Green chilli paste,haldi and mutton mix well,add enough water to cook mutton cover.
- 3
Cook,for 2 whistles.when mutton is done,chop palak and add to mutton mix well dry if excess water is present. serve with roti or rice
