Ingredients

  • 3bananas (mashed)
  • 2Eggs
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • 2 tspVanilla
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 3/4 cupoats
  • 2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2/3 cupSugar
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • 2 tbspcocoa powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. 2

    Combine wet ingredients in one bowl and dry in another.

  3. 3

    Mix them together. Add wet over dry, but do not over mix.

  4. 4

    Prepare 2 loaf pans. By lining them with patchment paper, butter, or rubbing oil and a sprinkle of flour. Divide batter into each pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until done. If baking in one loaf pan bake for an hour.
