Wow... what can I say?... this is the perfect remedy for cold and preg cravings...the aroma will lure you to it....the taste and flavours from both the fish and sauce are rewarding

Pat dry the fish with kitchen towel and make 3 slits on both sides. The slits can be more or less depending on the size of the fish. The slits help the seasonings reach deep inside the fish

Make the bbq sauce by combining the soy sauce, olive oil, juice from 1 lime, salt, bullion cubes and spices together. Use a brush or even your clean hand to generously coat the fish with this. Make sure to put the sauce inside the slits. You can add chilli to the sauce if you want the fish hot

Allow to marinate for 5-10 minutes then grill on charcoal grill or in the oven. Keep checking and rubbing more bbq sauce as you grill (if the fish is getting dry/burning)

Once done, transfer to a serving plate but allow it to rest for about 5 minutes for the flavours to properly settle in the 🐟 😁

For the pepper sauce, put 2 tbsp of olive oil in a sauce pan. When hot, add in the grated pepper and chilli. Cook for a few seconds. As you're cooking the peppers, add seasonings according to your taste. Lastly, add in the onions and take off the heat. The sauce should not be too cooked. It should be crunchy. You can also add green onions and parsley or mint leaves. Squeeze some lime juice when about to serve.

Enjoy🍽. I had mine with golden yam and coleslaw. You need to give this combo a try because the sweetness from the coleslaw balances the sourness and heat from the pepper sauce and fish
