Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 750 GMminced mutton
  2. 2medium sized potatoes
  3. 250 GMBengal gram
  4. 2 inchpiece of ginger
  5. 1whole garlic
  6. 10-12dry red chillies
  7. 1large onion
  8. 2black cardamom
  9. 1/2 tsp black pepper corn
  10. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  11. 1 tsp cumin seed
  12. 1/2 cupcoriander
  13. 2green chillies
  14. 2 tbspnmint leaves
  15. 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
  16. 1 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  17. as per tasteSalt
  18. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Put cooker on gas add minced mutton,Bengal gram(soak it about 2 hour),ginger,garlic,red chillies,,black cardamon,onion(roughly chopped)coriander powder,black pepper corn,jeera,potatoes (roughly chopped)salt,1 glass water,mix well.take 4 whistle on low to medium flame..

    After 4 whistle off the flame,when pressure in the release then open the lid,dry remaining water into the cooker on medium flame,when all the ingredients in the cooker perfectly cooked and water also dried from the mixture then take the mixture on plate,keep aside for 15 min,when the mixture is completely cool then add garam masala,chaat masala,add this mixture into chopper,and chopped it until all the ingredients becomes soft

    After chopping remove the mixture into the bowl and add chopped green chillies,coriander leaves and mint leaves,make kabab of it,bit egg for coating,deep kabab into the egg and shallow fry..

    Serve it with mint chutney 😋..
