  • Fresh catfish
  • Blend pepper soup spices
  • leafScent
  • Warm water
  • Fresh bonnet peppers
  • Onions
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Have the fish killed and cut at the market. Slice into desired sizes...

  2. 2

    Rinse the fish thoroughly with warm water and salt to remove the slime, Set aside..

  3. 3

    Blend the pepper coarsely or smoothly

  4. 4

    Place a pot on heat, add water as desired to cook the fish.. When the water gets hot, add the pepper soup spices and blended pepper.

  5. 5

    When it start boiling, gently add the fresh fish to steam. Add seasoning cubes and taste for taste.

  6. 6

    Slice the scent leafs and rinse with clean water. Add the leaf to the fish pepper soup.

  7. 7

    Stir gently not to break the fish. Drop from heat when done, after 25 minutes...
