Boil noodles with one teaspoon oil and little salt. After done strain them.

Cut all vegetables and keep aside.

Keep wok or kadhai on gas. Add oil.

Put ginger garlic paste and saute till it is pink.

Now add white onions of spring onions. And saute them.

Now put all vegetables and saute them of two mins only.

Now add noodles into it.

Here goes soya sauce, chilli sauce, Ajinomoto, salt,vinegar.

Mix them well. Adjust chilli sauce according to your taste.

In the end add green part of spring onions and just saute for min or so.

VEG NOODLES is ready to be served.
