Ingredients

  1. 200 gramspaneer
  2. 1capsicum
  3. 1onion
  4. 3-4garlic cloves
  5. 1tomato
  6. 15 gramsginger
  7. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  8. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  9. 2 teaspoonschilli powder
  10. 2 teaspoonsGaram masala
  11. as neededSalt
  12. as requiredRefined oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add chopped onion and garlic, sauté them

  2. 2

    Now add chopped capsicum

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomato and grated ginger

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric, coriander and red chilli powder. After cooking for a while shred paneer.

  5. 5

    Now add grated paneer and Garam masala. Serve hot
