  1. 1 3/4 cupoats
  2. 1 1/2 cupsfull cream milk
  3. 1 tablespooncocoa powder
  4. 1banana
  5. 2 teaspoonsyoghurt

    Start with the oats, and layer each ingredient (milk, cocoa powder, banana, yogurt)

    Then blend in a blender before pouring into a glass

    Top off with some honey if you want some sweetness. This shake will keep you so full for a very long time. It's really healthy

Not a fan of fat free or skim milk. It gives you no energy for gym. But thanks for the recommendations though
