  • 12-14Large Prawns
  • 3 clovesminced garlic
  • 5 spoonThai sweet chilli sauce
  • 1.5 tsplight soy sauce
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • Carrots/Brocolli
  • Coriander for garnish
  • Lemon/Lime (optional)
  • Salt & Pepper

    Marinate prawn with olive oil, salt & pepper for few hours after cleaning first

  2. 2

    Add light soy sauce, sesame oil and water into sweet chilli sauce

  3. 3

    Cook garlic till brown, pour sauce, put carrots then prawn
