Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbesan
  2. 1 cuprice flour
  3. 1 cupmaida or wheat flour or oats flour
  4. 1/2 cuprava
  5. 1Grated carrot
  6. 1/2 finely chopped capsicum
  7. 1Green chilli chopped,
  8. to taste salt
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1 tspjeera
  11. 1finely chopped onion
  12. 1 chopped tomato
  13. 1 spoonEno
  14. As neededWater and oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the flours in big bowl. Add water and make a batter.

  2. 2

    Add all veggies, salt, chilli powder, green chilli,jeera and mix well.

  3. 3

    Add eno and give a mix. Apply oil in appe pan and make appe.

  4. 4

    Serve with tomato ketchup and chutney.
