  • Mix and cook antil syrup thikens
  • Set asid
  • TBSWater2_3
  • Suger1TBS
  • 1/2 TBSInstantyeast
  • Mix and let sit it for 10 min
  • Flour1cup
  • Orang food colour1TSP
  • Ghee melted1TBS
  • Gramflour1TBS
  • Yeast mixture
  • Water as required
  • Mix well untildesired consistency
  • Let it rest for 10 min
  • Oil for frying

    1cup pani man cheeni dal dain or thik hony tak paka lai.

  2. 2

    Nim gjaram pani main 1/2 yeast dalain.cheeni or ghee dal dainor achi tara mix karain.pir 10 min k liye rest k liye rak dain.

  3. 3

    1cup maida main ghee garam kiya howa dalain pir besan or food colour dalain.yeast mixtur dal lai or pani jitni zarort ho dal lain.or thik better tiyar kar lain.10 min k liye rest dain.or fry kar k gharam hi sheery main dal dain.
