Ingredients

  1. 10-15white potatoes
  2. 1sweet white onion
  3. 6-7soft hard boiled eggs
  4. 1 cuppickles with juice
  5. rice vinegar to your liking
  6. Salt and pepper to your liking

Cooking Instructions

    Dice up potatoes and then boil them for about 10 to 15 minutes.

    Boil eggs and them then put them in cold water while you cut your onion and pickles into small pieces.

    Peel eggs and dice them up. Add them to the potatoes, onions and pickles.

    Add mayo and mustard little by little so you don't get too much. Then add the pickle juice and rice vinegar.

    Put in fridge to cool then salt and pepper before serving.
