Add all the dry ingredients and mix together

Add butter and mix all together

Break in your eggs

Add little water and mould it into a soft dough

Cover it with a clean cloth and allow it to rest for five minutes

Roll it using a rolling pin and cut into desired size

Use your hand and separate it

Deep fry it on medium heat

Your chin chin is ready.
