Coconut & Strawberry Ice Lollies

Made using just fresh strawberries and coconut water, these lollies are really refreshing and completely natural. Depending on how sweet you like your lollies you can put more honey in them to taste. This also depends on how sweet your strawberries are. If they're really ripe you might not need as much additional sweetener. #berrybonanza

Steps
- 1
Remove the stems from the strawberries and wash well.
- 2
Put the strawberries and the coconut water in a blender, and process until smooth.
- 3
Taste the mixture, if the berries are in season then you shouldn’t need any additional sweetener. If the smoothie doesn’t taste sweet enough then add the honey to taste.
- 4
Freeze in lolly moulds for a minimum of 4 hours before serving.
