Kele ka halwa

This Halwa is so creamy and delicious..A perfect sweet dish

Steps

Cut kele into thick slices.

Heat 1/4 cup Ghee and put kele slices and cook on medium flame for 2 mins and remove in a plate.

Take a dekchi and pour water add sugar and cook till sugar dissolve remove from heat.

Again heat Ghee 1/2 cup and put cream saute 2 mins then add sugar syrup + mawa + Milkmaid and cook on a high flame till it gets reduce and gets thick (about 10 mins).

Grind alomnd and cashewnuts into a fine powder and add to the cream also add 1 cup milk cook again for 5 mins.

Then add kele and cook on low flame for 10 mins then add chopped nuts.

Your Halwa is ready to enjoy.
